Natural Body Scrub






1.  Take 2/3rd cup ground nuts, 1/3rd cup oat-meal or wheat flour.

2.  Take enough liquid to make a paste (water, yogurt,milk, or aloe vera gel).

3.  Combine the dry ingredients in a blender until they are reduced to a coarse
     (meal rough to touch).

4.  Scoop up the paste with your hands and rub over your body.
